When Danny was growing up in California, he would rent video from "Video Archives", and talk with Quentin Tarantino, who was the clerk there, for at least 45 minutes. (edit) Danny has appeared in sit-coms such as Seinfeld, Gilmore Girls, and 3rd Rock from the Sun. (edit) A Doritos commercial was his first professional job when he was 15. (edit) Danny's favourite sport is volleyball. (edit) Danny was always called Daniel, but when he was 4 years old he saw Grease and changed his name to Danny after the main character. (edit)

Danny Strong: Even from a really young age I was a huge movie buff. Just loved movies. I'd find a filmmaker or something and want to see all his movies. From there, I think it just naturally lead to me wanting to be an actor. I really can't remember a time in my life when I didn't want to be an actor. (edit) Danny Strong: I am totally overwhelmed by the fans. I think they are so cool, and I have a great time meeting them. Everyone is smart, well read and fun. The amount they donated to my AIDS run was really wonderful. It just felt like everyone was doing good, using this show to make a difference in the world beyond just the show itself. What's better than that? (edit) Danny Strong: I think [that I was an outgoing kid]. I would say so. I would say that I was never shy, I was never quiet. When I'm around people, I always wanted to – I wasn't so much a jokester, but I always wanted to make people laugh. (edit) Danny Strong: Only on Buffy can you get killed and do three more episodes.
