In October 2007 Michelle was sentenced to 180 days imprisonment after admitting to failing to complete community service obligations despite a signed document stating she had. She must start her term by Christmas Eve 2007. (edit) Michelle starred with Kate Bosworth in the 2002 movie, Blue Crush. (edit) Michelle said that she does not like Paris Hilton because she thinks she is a bad role model for young girls, and does not think that new actress' should try to model after her. (edit) Michelle was recently sent to jail again for violating her drink-driving probation. Her sentence was to spend 60 days in prison but she served only four hours and 27 minutes of her term before being released because the LA institution was too crowded. After spending four days in a Hawaiian jail for drink-driving in April, it was discovered that Michelle had broken bail conditions for another drink-driving offense last December.
