From John K., the creator of Ren & Stimpy come the brawniest crime-fighters of all time, The Ripping Friends! Their mission: to "Rip," or destroy anything that stands in the way of freedom and justice. The group spends their days in hardcore physical training to fight evil. In fact, they intend to become the most powerful crime fighters in the known universe. They've honed their natural gifts of strength, agility, and craftiness to an amazing degree, but some criminals still choose to challenge them! They were somewhat inspired by Powdered Toast Man from the earlier Ren and Stimpy episodes. The show originally aired on Fox Kids (Previously 'Fox Box' and now '4KidsTv') on Saturday Mornings, but it was later moved to Cartoon Network to be featured on Adult Swim on Sunday nights.

Characters
Crag: The Team's leader. Older and wiser, Crag is the one who gets the assignments and chooses the best men for the job. The best men, of course, are always the Ripping Friends.

Rip: Rip is a bulging flesh bag of adrenaline, always ready to jump into action at the drop of a hat. His five o'clock shadow is the toughest in the world.

Slab: Misunderstood by the world around him, Slab is often mistaken to be slow-witted and dull. But he is merely at war with his inner feelings.

Chunk: Everybody loves Chunk, but they are concerned about his youthful, young ways. If only he'd sop thinking about girls and music, he could devote himself to more serious things. Like ripping.

Jimmy, The Idiot Boy: A ward of the Ripping Friends, Jimmy sews their super suits, fixes their meals and generously cleans up after them. He constantly daydreams about becoming a Ripping Friend.

He-Mom: The only person alive who can stand up to the fury of the Ripping Friends is their own mother. He-Mom adopted the Ripping Friends when they were infants. This show aired on Teletoon for a while... but in all honesty, while I'd watch it once in a while, I keep wondering to myself "who would WANT to?!"

The show was horrible. Bad fart jokes, marriage controversy and borderline racism... all used very distastefully.

Also, I occasionally wondered why one mom had four kids (approx. the same age although I am aware that they mentioned that Chuck was a bit younger... I assume that Rip and Craig must've been twins and Chuck born later that year but they never touched on how Slab fit into the family...) never really mentioned the father. And the kids ended up trying to hurt themselves, acting as those who derive pleasure from pain.

Overall, I don't know what else I need to justify my arguement.

It is depressing that I liked this. Nothing but fart jokes but I wish it would come back. It was a goofy stupid cartoon. Heros' bodies just don't come apart like that. It they did, they would die. The farting villian is the worst thing on the show and the last episode just has them liking a girl and but all expect to marry her. 5 of them marring one girl and that just isn't right. I would say more but I have no more room left.

Four muscles man ages at 35/36 years old. Ready for saves the world before hour of bedtime without mother kick their ass. And the shame is Jimmy, a unbrainned boy and mascot of John K's studio Spumco. Sorry, but the show is weird and a complete waste of serious for brains
