Pelswick Eggert is a 13-year-old 8th grader with a sharp tongue, a healthy suspicion of authority and a complete lack of fear. He also is in a wheelchair due to him having no feeling below his armpits. The only exceptions are Julie and Sandra (who are too busy embarking on a recycling drive of truly epic proportions)... and poor Pelswick, who, as usual, is trying to be the voice of reason amidst all the chaos.
