Donna springs some surprise guests on Amy in an attempt to get Amy to open up to the bill in front of Congress. Amy contemplates running for Congress, but Maxine attacks Amy’s decision. Elsewhere Maxine must rush to save a child from her mother. Amy calls Bruce and apologizes. Ignacio poses a question to Maxine.
