Sakura doesn't practice hard enough and blows her music test. She goes to school the next day and finds herself repeating the test with better results, but she realises that Time is in a repeating loop. Because of their special powers, Li and Sakura alone realise what's going on and that the Time Card is to blame. Convinced she can capture the escaped Card without Li's help, Sakura faces the spirit of Time without him. But she hasn't counted on all of Time's tricks and is grateful when Li literally leaps in to back her up. She is surprised, however, when the captured card goes to Li. Reluctantly, she accepts Kero's explanation that Clow Cards return to those who succeed in subduing their power. Contributor: Yami Bakura Fan. Can be viewed on Clowbook.com Sakura's father, Aiden Avalon, starts out this episode by giving a speech about the pyramids of Egypt. Li is really interested in these pyramids but finds out that Aiden is Sakura's dad and is really annoyed by this fact. That night, after Kero talks about the video he was playing, the bells of the clock is ringing for no reason, but they fall asleep. The next morning, Sakura goes to school and takes a recorder test. It seems that she failed because she didn't play well. At home, she practices her recorder and Kero beats the video game he was playing. That night, time started to go backwards and in the morning she took the test again. The next morning, she wonders why she has to take the test again, everyone else doesn't remember yesterday and only she and Kero remembers yesterday. She takes the test and played it perfectly. Li comes later at recess and tells her that a Clow Card is around because he also remembers yesterday. He tells her that the Clow Card is in the clock tower and he expects it's The Time. She goes to the tower that night in a awesome battle suit(I love it) and she senses that there really is a problem. She goes, but time stops her from entering the tower and she freezes completely because time stopped. Then she starts to go back in time again. Sakura goes and tries again to capture The Time because she only had till midnight. The Card can only turn back one day only once at midnight. The Card starts to speed everything up and is able to turn back time again. Sakura is trying for the third night, which is really the same night because The Time turned it back to the same night. Li has an idea and leaves, Sakura tries again, but The Time stops her. Li comes and kinda confused The Time, so Sakura had time to use The Shield. Li was able to capture The Time. Sakura's dream returns with a new twist, which leaves her troubled by what it means. A trip to the winter carnival requires the trickiest card capture yet, when one of the four elements, Firey, presents itself. But the capture also provides some inkling to the future. Contributor: Yami Bakura Fan Sakura is troubled by her dream again, the radio tower, the figure in shadows, the Clow cards and the cards disappearing. Waking up, Sakura is in Math class, and she recognizes Miss Mackenzie's figure as the one in the dream. Talking to Madison, Sakura resolves to deal with it as a test and to complete it on her own. Sakura also worries about what will happen to Kero once all the cards are captured. At home, Sakura wonders how to ask Li about her situation but when Kero dials the number on the phone, it calls Julian, but Sakura doesn't realize this until after she's said she needs to talk to him, not knowing she wasn't talking to Li. Sakura and Julian end up going to the winter carnival together, where they encounter Meilin and Li. Madison and Kero also sneak along, unnoticed by Kero, a reef burst into flames. While eating lunch together (Madison and Kero not present at the table but in the bushes by the table), a string of Christmas lights, then some tree branches begin to catch fire and Tori tells them it's no trick; the thing is really on fire! Kero and Li both recognize it as a Clow card, Li runs off and activates the Time Card, allowing Sakura to activate the Sleep Card undetected. Li is weakened by the Time Card and has no strength to help Sakura battle the attacking card. Sakura decides to use Windy but it only assists the flames. Kero tells Sakura the card is Firey, another elemental card. Its visible form appears and awaits Sakura's move, but Sakura is indecisive on another card. The Firey proceeds in attacking her by launching fire balls at her. Li, Sakura, and Kero argue over the usage of two cards at once, the Windy and Watery. Since Windy and Watery are not allies, the outcome of using the two together is unpredictable. Sakura decides to use them anyway, thinking this might be the test she is to pass. Releasing the two together, they successfully weaken the Firey card and Sakura is able to capture it. Up on a bridge overlooking the woody area where Sakura and Li are, Miss Mackenzie watches them, unaffected by the Sleep Card. After the capture of the Firey Card, Kero regains some of his power and Sakura tells him she is worried he will leave her. Kero informs her that that is not true. More in Recap section
